Be counted in the 2020 Census!

It’s time for the U.S. Census. Every voice is important and I want to be sure that every person is counted. You can print off the “Count Me In” badge to share with friends and family members to encourage them to participate in the 2020 Census. Please print out one badge for each person in the household to make sure that everyone is counted. Once you’ve been counted in the 2020 Census, you can print off the “I’ve Been Counted” badge to celebrate that you are now officially included in the 2020 Census count. You can post it on social media using the hashtag #IAmCountedwithJo and tagging me @JoHackl in your photos so I can celebrate with you! Please do your part to make sure that you are counted.

Every person matters! The Census can be a great way to bond as a family and explore family history together. Here are some fun ways to make filling out the 2020 Census a family celebration!

For Educators:

I’ve developed resources for my home state of South Carolina that educators can use with their students to help them learn about the importance of the Census.  I’m passionate about making sure that every person is counted.  If you are in another state and would like me to develop resources specific to your state, just reach out to me!
